Everyday Food Easy Chocolate Fudge with Pretzels

As I've stated numerous times before, I have a major sweet tooth. Some days my sweet tooth doesn't want just any type of sweets, it wants chocolate. The rest of my family, while fans of sweets are bigger fans of salty snacks. Therefore, I am always trying to find a dessert that we can all compromise upon. A recent issue of Everyday Food magazine had a recipe for easy chocolate fudge with pretzels, which looked like the perfect combination of salty and sweet.

This recipe was easy enough that my 5-year-old was able to help me in the kitchen. The prep work takes less than ten minutes, with the remainder of the prep time in the refrigerator. The ingredients are simple and easy to find at any grocery store. Additionally, with only 7 ingredients this recipe is inexpensive and easy to feed a crowd.

My two boys loved this fudge. It's a great combination of salty and sweet, making everyone in my family happy. I like how easy it is to put together and it would be great for a bake-sale or family function.

This recipe is currently not available online, but can be found in the July/August edition of Everyday Food magazine (issue #84). (I respect copyright and do not reprint magazine recipes).

There are so many wonderful easy tutorials to get started with sewing and once you start...you will be addicted. I love sewing, it is pure enjoyment. Let me know if you need any help with anything. We will be moving in a few weeks up to Canada. Once we get settled, I will be a busy sewing bee again.
