Have a Great Healthy Food Recipe?

Anyone that has been following my blog for a significant amount of time knows that I love making healthy meals from scratch. I find the process of creating meals relaxing and is one of the best ways I can keep my family feeling healthy and energetic.

  1. Start with your own great healthy recipe.
  2. Select the region you want to compete (the regions are as follows: Pomona, Dallas, Atlanta, Philly).
  3. Register for the contest. To be officially entered the recipe has to pass the Healthy Recipe Analyzer to ensure that it is indeed healthy. 
  4. Get people to vote for your recipe!
