Don't Fret the Sweat

As kids enter into their 'tween' years, one of the most noticeable changes their bodies go through a series of changes, such as growth spurts and the emergence of body odor. With two boys in my house, I am not looking forward to the body odor in my future. Having a conversation about the need for your 'tween' to begin to use deodorant can be uncomfortable for parents, but it doesn't need to be.

Unilever, the maker of Degree, Dove and Suave deodorants wants to ensure that parents and kids stay calm, cool and confident. In order to help with this notion, they have put together money saving offers and real life stories about how parents are communicating and transitioning their tweens into confident teens. You can find out more on their Facebook Page.

  3. @Megan, Yeah, with three men, my house is going to smell not so great. They already let out bodily noises and laugh their heads off (including my husband :)

  4. Hello, thank you for following Finger Click Saver. I have come to return the love :-). On another note...I lucked out w/my daughter and getting her to wear deodorant when the time came. She saw me using it as a small child and over the years and we talked about it's use...so when the time came she knew what she had to do. It's almost the weekend...so make it a great weekend!

  5. @Finger Click Saver Yeah, both my boys have always done better with learning by example, if I tell them to do something they fight it, but if they gradually learn something over time it just sinks in. Have a great weekend also!
